Mary has been on a walkabout for over 2 decades delving into Chinese medicine, Tai Chi, and Qigong. As her clients can attest, Mary loves what she does and can integrate modalities to benefit the body, mind, as well as the spirit.
Mary Cruise is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist specializing in Classical Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is also a Tai Chi/Qigong master, 2nd degree Black Belt, and holistic healer. Mary combines Traditional Chinese modalities of Classical Acupuncture, Chinese food medicine, tui na (Chinese massage), auriculotherapy, Tai Chi, and medical qigong. Mary’s training includes a six year apprenticeship under the mentorship of Dr Kim Fite, DC, L.Ac, Dipl. of Ac. NCCAOM, Classical Acupuncture training with Ann Cecil-Sterman, MS L.Ac. and Chinese Food Medicine with Andrew Sterman.
It is Mary’s belief that being healthy is a discipline. Living a healthful lifestyle includes having the positive attitude to be able to navigate daily life and the changes that day-to-day living can bring about. Being aware of what we eat, how we move and what we believe all have direct impact on our health and wellbeing.
Mary helps clients develop a set of tools that they may use to maintain a healthy lifestyle, Eastern tools that will compliment Western medical practices.
